 简介
 陈德成，医学博士（针灸学专业），纽约执照针灸师，美国纽约自然针灸健康中心院长，世界针灸联合会美国纽约中医针灸传承基地主任，美国中医针灸传承学会会长，世界中医学会联合会外治法专业委员会副会长，国内外多家中医学院客座教授。陈博士拥有长春中医药大学学士、硕士与南京中医药大学博士学位，在中国接受了多年的正规中医针灸教育，在此期间得到两位名师真传（长春中医药大学刘冠军教授与南京中医药大学邱茂良教授）。博士毕业后进入中国中医科学院，针灸研究所，副主任医师，2001年来美，具有30余年中医针灸临床经验。先后出版了《中国针灸独穴疗法》《中国针灸对穴疗法》《中国针灸美容抗衰全书》和《动筋针疗法》等17部中医针灸专著。还发表了100多篇中医针灸论文，现是著名奥斯卡导演和影星的中医保健顾问，曾受中国卫生部派遣出访多国讲学，临床，并为埃及总统穆巴拉克治疗。
 About: Dr. De-cheng Chen has a Ph.D. in acupuncture. Licensed Acupuncturist in NY, He is the President of Natural Acupuncture & Wellness, Director of TCM and Acupuncture Inheritance base of NY, USA by WFAS. President of American TCM Acupuncture Inheritance Association, Vice President of External treatment committee of World TCM Pharmaceutical Association Federation. Visiting professor of many TCM colleges globally. After graduated from Nanjing Univ. of TCM in China, Dr. Chen followed several top Chinese doctors in China, including Drs. Guanjun Liu and Maoliang Qiu. Before arriving in US in 2001, he practiced and taught as a professor in The Acupuncture Institute of China Academy of TCM in Beijing. He has more than 30 years of clinical and teaching experience in China, Russia, Egypt, Dubai, U.A.E. and the U.S.A. He has published 17 books and more than 100 articles on Acupuncture and TCM, and has received numerous prizes and honors for his works. He even treated Egyptian President Mubarak in 1999 when appointed overseas as a doctor by China’s health department.

中医减肥临床思考

肥胖原因复杂，减肥方法众多，中医减肥以物理的和天然的方法为特点，即针灸、推拿、刮痧和拔罐等物理方法，以及中草药辨证论治的天然植物药调理方法，具有疗效好，无副作用等优势，备受业界和患者备受青睐。但中医减肥也面临一些需要思考的问题，笔者认为，减肥需要综合治疗，原则上局部处理，全身调节，各种中医方法交替使用，内服外用，各有侧重；还需要对病人进行，心理疏导，饮食指导，适当运动等具体方法配合，才能取得满意而稳定的效果。

Clinical Thinking on Weight Loss in Traditional Chinese Medicine

The causes of obesity are complex and there are many ways to lose weight. TCM weight loss is characterized by physical and natural methods, in principle, physical methods such as acupuncture, massage, scraping, and cupping, as well as natural botanical conditioning methods based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese herbal medicine, which have the advantages of good curative effect and no side effects. much liked by the doctors and patients. However, TCM for weight loss also faces some questions that need to be considered. The author believes that weight loss requires comprehensive treatment. Diet guidance, appropriate exercise, and other specific methods can achieve satisfactory and stable results.

 About: Professor, Chief physician, President of Chengdu Huashen Medical Cosmetology Hospital of Chengdu Univ. of TCM, former Director "Dept of Aesthetic Medicine Teaching and Research " and the Dept of Aesthetic Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Univ. of TCM. He is the top expert and main founder of Aesthetic TCM. Prof. Ning Liu has been engaged in clinical, teaching and scientific research of Aesthetic Medicine for more than 30 years. He has been awarded as the attending physician and evaluation expert of Sichuan Province in three sub-disciplines, including Aesthetic TCM, Aesthetic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatology. Since 2003, under the guidance of the China National Committee for Terminology in Science and Tech., he not only reviewed a technical term that is “Aesthetic TCM” in the book of Cosmetic Medical Aesthetics, but also is the chief editor of 8 professional textbooks such as Aesthetic TCM and Modern Aesthetic Medicine, etc. Prof, Liu attended many overseas international conferences, TV, newspapers and other media have invited him to give lectures. 杨观虎博士Dr. Guanhu Yang

 杨观虎，日本金沢医科大学呼吸内科学博士, 美国辛辛那提儿童医疗中心呼吸生理学的博士后。北京中医药大学等十一所医学院校的客座教授，俄亥俄大学医学院临床教授，兼任世中联多个专业委员会副会长。2016年到2018年曾任全美中医药学会副会长。1985年毕业于浙江中医学院后进入南京中医学院攻读研究生，1993年由卫生部派往日本获医学博士。曾多年担任俄亥俄州SHI针灸学校校长。在美国拥有两家中医诊所，担任美国多家SCI杂志特约审稿专家，《中国针灸》杂志编委，参与主编和编译了11本中医和现代医学著作，并发表SCI为主的论文70多篇
 Dr. Guanhu Yang graduated from Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (MD) and Nanjing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (MS) and served as Assistant Professor at Wenzhou Medical University. In 1993, Guanhu joined the staff of Toyama Medical and Pharmaceutical University in Japan, and from there he went to Kanazawa Medical University for his Ph.D. study in lung repair. After completing of his Ph.D., Dr. Yang continued his research in pulmonary biology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital as a postdoc and then research scientist.
 Dr. Yang has been running two acupuncture clinics in Ohio, USA. He is currently a Clinical Professor (honored/endowed) at Ohio University, and Chair Professor of the US-China Joint Institute for Acupuncture & Rehabilitation Medicine at Wenzhou Medical University. Dr. Yang also served as director for the SHI acupuncture school, vice president at American TCM Association a few years ago, and supervised the doctoral program at the American Academy of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine and other 10 medical universities in the World. He is the president of the Chinese Medicine Luobing Society of America. During his career, Dr. Yang published 11 books and over 70 research articles on basic biology and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and work as an editor and reviewer for numerous renowned SCI journals. Dr. Yang also is an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Clinical Acupuncture. He also is Vice president of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine digestion Committee and Endocrine Committee.

Treatment of Fibromyalgia Syndrome with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Understanding Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) is crucial due to its complexity of possible causes as well as its comprehensive involvement of many systems of the human body. There is usually some level of dysfunction in the central nervous, immunologic, and endocrine systems which is superimposed upon the malfunction of many organs. In short, conventional medicine has not yet fully understood either the etiology or the pathophysiology of FMS. Thus, it has been a challenge to satisfactorily manage and cure FMS.

Today, both physicians and patients have experienced tremendous frustration from the poor treatment outcomes with the conventional methods, as well as the enormous economic burden incurred by ongoing medical costs and loss of income. Even the insurance industry has been severely challenged by the mighty costs generated by this condition. This predicament has created the need to conceptualize a new approach to provide a better method to manage FMS. The objective of TCM treatment principles is to create healthier homeostasis by identifying and correcting the body’s imbalances at different stages. Further, it also responds to increased imbalance needs, which were caused by the disease process.

 赵软金博士，1984年河南中医药大学本科毕业，同年考入北京中医药大学师从著名中医伤寒泰斗刘渡舟教授，获得医学博士。1993年在佛罗里达成立中医诊所，建立了安发拉自然药物公司，也是美国H. Lee. Moffitt癌症中心合作伙伴。赵博士是北京中医药大学第二批临床特聘专家，河南中医药大学海外教授。在学术方面，他建立了针对肿瘤的神香温通疗法，著有英文著作《From Legend to Science》，发表相关论文多篇。

 Dr. Ruan Jin Zhao is the director of The Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine, Inc. in Sarasota, Florida. He is the owner of AnFaLa Pharmaceutical Corp. After over thirty-five years of heavy clinical practice, he invented and established the Shen Xiang Therapy for Cancer treatment by waking up the immune system, which helps and saves many cancer patients' lives. He earned his Ph.D. from the Beijing University of TCM and Pharmacology in 1990. He is an affiliated member of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, abroad clinical specialist for Beijing University of TCM, and a professor of Henan University of TCM. He also engaged himself in Lab research work, the teaching of TCM, published many research articles, and authored the book From Legend to Science. He is one of the co-founders of East and West College, a well-known school for acupuncture and natural medicine in Florida.

Acupuncture and herbal treatment of peripheral nerve damage

Peripheral neuropathy (PN) is a very common clinical issue, which affect more than 20 million people. It is a multifaceted, still unsolved issue. Symptoms of PN can be vary according to the type of neuropathy. The large heterogeneity of disease-causing mechanisms and the pathology of PN is still elusive and clinically there is no effective therapy. It is valuable to explore and improve the efficacy of modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine for PN. This lecture is to introduce and explore how the acupuncture and herbal therapies can effectively treat the PN. Especially, focus on the sensory and motor neuropathy.

旴江谢氏转移兴奋灶针法治疗顽固性耳鸣经验

旴江谢氏转移兴奋灶针刺法，又称“旴江谢氏上补下泻转移兴奋灶针刺法”。该法揭示了针刺的关键点、起效、速效、显效的奥秘，为江西旴江医学针派传人谢强教授家传的明代李梴《医学入门》中“上补下泻针法”。李梴遵循《内经》《医学入门》“远道刺”“近病远刺”“上病下治”所创新的一种简易经典特色针刺法，属针刺异穴补泻法。该法手法简单，用穴精少，1~4穴即可，常见速效。临床先施主针，通过较强刺激远离人体患部病灶的远端腧穴（主穴），在身体远端产生一个新的兴奋灶，其兴奋强度远远高于患部病灶的兴奋度，转移兴奋灶，“围魏救赵”，降低患部的兴奋度，从而缓解患部的病理态势；后施应针，轻刺激患部病灶周围腧穴（应穴），以应答主针针气。此法，适宜于治疗内外妇儿五官等临床诸科疾病，尤其是治疗顽固性耳鸣，取效甚佳。

Excitation focus Transfer technique in treatment of intractable tinnitus: Xie’s style from Yu Jiang

Excitation focus Transfer technique of Xie’s style in Yu Jiang, also called as Yu Jiang Xie’s style of upper tonification with lower sedation to transfer excitation focus. The method reveals the key points, effectiveness, quick response and satisfying results. It derives from upper tonification with lower sedation technique from Li Yan, a famous doctor in Ming dynasty who is the author of Yi Xue Ru Men. Li Yan follow the principal of “Yuan dao ci” and “Jin bing yuan zhi”, ”shang bing xia zhi” in Nei Jing and Yi Xue Ru Men. It is a simple technique that tonify and sedate different acupoints. The manipulation method is simple with 1 to 4 points, but the effectiveness is good and rapid. The Zhu Zhen, main point, is used first, located far from original focus with strong stimulation to impulse a new focus that has higher excitation to relieve original focus of disease. The Ying Zhen, assisting point, located near original focus with mild stimulation to respond to Zhu Zhen. The method is applicable to internal diseases, external diseases, gynecology, pediatrics, and ENT issues. It is very effective to intractable tinnitus.
