对于美国以外的参会人员，拒签要有凭证，才可退款。被拒签的，扣除手续费$100；如拿到签证后，任何理由不来参会者，不退款。

其它情况的退款政策是提前30天全额退款；不足30天（9/5/2024以后）不退款。所有退款要扣除手续费 $100.00

For participants outside the United States, Only with evidence of visa rejection can a refund be processed. For those who are denied a visa, a fee of $100 will be deducted. If you obtain a visa and then choose not to attend for any reason, no refund will be provided.

For all other refund cases:

• • Full refund if requested at least 30 days in advance.
  • No refund for requests made less than 30 days before the event (after September 5, 2024).
  • All refunds are subject to a $100.00 processing fee.
