    Membership Dues Policy
     
    1. Membership Year
    • Standard Period: The ATCMA membership year follows the Calendar Year.
    • Duration: January 1 to December 31 of each year.
     
    2. Renewing Members Policy
    • Expiration Date: Standard expiration is January 1 of each year.
    • Renewal Period: Opens on November 1 of the preceding year.
    • Grace Period: Lasts until January 31 of the current year.
    • Lapse Date: Members become inactive on February 2 if unpaid.
    • Late Fee Penalty: Inactive benefits are suspended until dues are paid.
    • Reinstatement Cost: Full annual fee of $60/year is required.
     
    3. New Members Policy
    • Application Window: Open all year round to new applicants.
    • Annual Dues: Standard new member fee is $60.
    • Benefits Start: Activation begins on the payment confirmation date.
    • Late Year Special: Joining after November 1 covers the next year.
    • Extended Duration: Validity extends until December 31 of the following year.
     
    4. Returning / Lapsed Members Policy
    • Definition: Former ATCMA members whose status lapsed due to non-payment.
    • Re-joining Status: Categorized as returning/lapsed members upon registration.
    • Required Dues: Must pay the current full annual fee of $60.
     
    5. Refund Policy
    • General Rule: Membership dues are non-refundable.
    • Exception 1: Proven duplicate payments.
    • Exception 2: Rejected membership applications.
    • Exception 3: Special cases approved by the Executive Board.
     
    6. Final Interpretation
    • Authority: The ATCMA Executive Board holds final interpretation rights.
    • Adjustments: Policy details are subject to change based on actual circumstances.

  • Become A New Member

    1. Register and Log In to Your Account
    First, sign up for a free account.
    Once you’ve registered, log in using your account credentials.

    2. Choose a Payment Method and Complete Payment
    After logging in, go to the “My Account” page.
    Select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

    3. Wait for Membership Fee Verification
    We will verify your payment on the backend.
    Please note: the verification process may take some time, so we appreciate your patience.

    4. Account Upgraded to Member
    Once your payment is verified, your account will be automatically upgraded to Member —
    no manual action is required.

    5. Access Member Business Information
    After becoming a Member, you can visit the “Members” page
    to view and manage your business information and enjoy exclusive services and benefits.

 
 
  • Membership Qualifications

      • Practitioner Member: Open to individuals who have graduated from accredited Chinese medicine and acupuncture institutions and have obtained a legal license to practice in the United States. Those with a Western medicine license who have received acupuncture training certification are also eligible to apply for Practitioner Membership.

      • Student Member: Open to students currently enrolled in Chinese medicine and acupuncture institutions within the United States.

      • International Member: Open to individuals who have graduated from accredited Chinese medicine and acupuncture institutions and hold a valid medical license in their respective countries.

    • Membership will be automatically revoked if a member engages in any criminal activities and ATCMA will not be liable for anything resulting from such activities.

    • Membership Renewal

      Log In to Your Account
      First, please log in to your account. Enter your username and password, then click the login button.

      Automatically Redirected to “My Account” Page
      Once logged in successfully, you’ll be automatically redirected to the “My Account” page.

      Choose a Payment Method
      On the “My Account” page, you’ll see the available payment options. Please choose the one that best suits your needs.

      Complete the Payment
      After selecting a payment method, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.
      Make sure all information is entered correctly to avoid payment failure.

      Account Upgraded to Member
      Once your membership payment is successfully received, your account will automatically be upgraded to Member.

      View Business Information
      After the upgrade, you can go to the “Members” page to view your business information and enjoy exclusive member services and benefits.
