About American TCM Association
The American TCM Association (ATCMA) is a no-profit 501(c) 3 organization registered in the United States Internal Revenue Service. Its mission is to promote public health. Its objectives are to ally Chinese Medicine specialties in the United States to build an academic professional organization that has the most extensive coverage of Chinese Medicine, and to extend membership coverage to all Chinese Medicine specialties across the world. Its tasks are to develop, define, and implement industrial and professional standards in Chinese Medicine, acupuncture treatment modalities; To establish academic-oriented professional committees for the improvement of overall academic levels of Chinese Medicine in the United States. To propagate Traditional Chinese Medicine and let the public understand more about the benefit of acupuncture, in order to promote universal health awareness; To protect interests of the industry and members and provide legal advice and assistance; To engage in political activities and policymaking; To promote comprehensive legislations of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in the United States. To organize professional training and issue specialty certifications; To host academic seminars and conferences; To edit and publish academic books and magazines etc.; To recognize outstanding professionals in their achievements in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and grant them professional titles; To lead clinical research projects in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine; To initiate domestic and international TCM collaborations, aimed to bridge TCM information exchanges among the United States and other countries in the world; To certify Chinese Herbal dispensers, acupuncture supplier and clinics.

Wei Hui, President
strategic plans and work guidelines, provide overall leadership and guidance, carry out external exchanges and cooperation on behalf of the Society, supervise the implementation of major decisions, and ensure the orderly promotion and sustainable development of the Society's work.
Wang David, Executive Vice President
Assist the president in formulating and implementing development strategies, promote organizational optimization and institutional construction, promote cross-departmental coordination, ensure the efficient operation of the society, lead academic affairs, and be responsible for professional training and lecture video production.
Fan Yu, Vice President
Responsible for academic research, exchange and promotion, promote the scientific research activities of the society, and organize and publish scientific research results on behalf of the society. Responsible for legal and policy affairs, and assist in system revision and compliance management.
He Deguang, Vice President
Also serve as the treasury. Responsible for fund management, audit, tax supervision, editor-in-chief and publication of magazines.
Gong Changzheng, Vice President
He is also the dean of the Internet College. Responsible for continuing education, planning and arranging academic lectures, and supervising the volunteer team.
Ouyanghui, Vice President
He is also the Secretary-General for the time being. Responsible for member management and development, formulate and implement member development plans, improve the value of member services, and expand Western members.
Qiu Xiyuan, Expanded Executive Director
Help coordinate daily operations and administrative affairs management, including meeting arrangements, document management, meeting minutes, etc., and coordinate the relationship with the Young Medical Association.
Ma Lei, Expanded Executive Director
Assist in the editing and publication of the World Medical Journal (American Edition), public education, and the website construction of the Society.
Tian Haihe, Honorary President
Provide guidance to the society and important support for the image improvement, strategic planning and external cooperation of the society.
