注：所有退款要扣除手续费 $100.00 （包括支票支付或网站支付）
对于美国以外的人注册，先注册交费。如需要发邀请函的，要找两个推荐人/担保人，并签署不滞留保证书，然后发邀请函。拒签要有凭证，才可退款。被拒签的，扣除手续费$100；如拿到签证后，任何理由不来参会者，扣除手续费$200。

Refund Policy

• Full refund if canceled at least one month before the event.

• No refund if canceled less than one month before the event.

• Note: All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee, regardless of payment method (check or online payment).

For registrants outside the United States:

• Please register and pay first.

• If you need an invitation letter, you must provide two sponsors/references and sign a Non-Overstay Guarantee Letter before the invitation letter can be issued.

• If your visa application is denied, you may request a refund with official proof of visa refusal, and $100 will be deducted as a processing fee.

• If you receive a visa but do not attend the conference for any reason, $200 will be deducted as a processing fee.
