Assist the president in formulating and implementing development strategies, promote organizational optimization and institutional construction, promote cross-departmental coordination, ensure the efficient operation of the society, lead academic affairs, and be responsible for professional training and lecture video production.

In 1985, he graduated from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with an undergraduate degree, and then obtained a master’s degree in medicine and a doctorate degree from the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing.

He is currently a clinical assistant professor at Ohio State University School of Medicine. He is engaged in the clinical and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion, and runs a private traditional Chinese medicine clinic.

He served as Academic Dean, Clinic Director of the American International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Dean of Oriental Medicine of the American Alternative Medical College, and designed and established the first acupuncture major in Ohio.

Helped to establish the acupuncture clinic and teaching of Ohio State University School of Medicine. He founded the Ohio Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society and led it to promote the legislative reform of Ohio Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
